Abusive relationship?

Some people know that they're in an abusive relationship, but, some people just feel like maybe it's them, maybe they're "crazy", maybe they've done something wrong and maybe they're not good enough…If you find yourself asking "Am I in an abusive relationship" then chances are the answer is "Yes". I've been there…It's draining and it can be a killer! I've created this Blog because my dearest friend has now found herself in a similar situation to the one I had been in, before I finally got help and changed everything. Unfortunately abusive relationships are a hard habit to break when you don't know how. I'd like to help you see the truth, to have hope, to stay strong and to realise things you might not have realised before.
